Their pricing was competitive and their customer service was exceptional. The cleaning crew was prompt and didn't under-deliver. I manage a business near downtown Spokane. I have gone through several different cleaning companies over the years. I can say without hesitation that Alpine cleaning is by far the best cleaning service that we have ever had. Very diligent, very communicative and always very thorough and consistent. I just noticed today that one of their staff had actually taken the time to scrape off the yellow calcium crust that had accumulated around the base of the men's faucet in the men's room. It was sparkling like the sun. It was very nice to see a company take the time to address that one small detail that had been overlooked for many years. Thanks again to Alpine cleaning! If there is something that needs to be cleaned a bit better they come out right away and make it right. We recently used them again for a move in clean in a new home. They were responsive the whole way though our large project. We needed to carpet cleaning a school and a church. We also needed a cafeteria floor polish and wax. The carpet cleaning was done in two days and the polish and wax was done overnight. Everything looks great!

I have never used a house cleaning service before, and needed a deep cleaning done before last minute house guests arrived and couldn't take off of work to do it. Everything was easy and straightforward. There was an in person quote done with upfront pricing and details of what would be done. The communication was excellent throughout.The cleaners were on time and professional. I was expecting to have to still go behind them and do some things, but everything was done I could think of and even many details that I would have probably overlooked. This made me able to focus on the visit coming up without worrying. They definitely went beyond my expectations, and the quote was accurate. Asking around, they are more expensive than average but I have been told by others the quality of work that I got and the peace of mind is well worth the price of not having to worry. Other services don't use great products or tools. You get what you pay for. Will definitely recommend and probably use in the future.

I cannot recommend Alpine highly enough! They recently handled a post-move-out deep cleaning and carpet cleaning for us, and the results were outstanding. Every surface in the house was spotless, from the baseboards to the ceiling fans. The carpets, which had years of wear and some stubborn stains, now look practically brand new.
The team was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. They worked efficiently without cutting corners, and their attention to detail was impeccable. They even tackled areas I hadn’t thought to mention, leaving the entire home in immaculate condition.

Alpine Cleaning was great! I needed to get my mothers house cleaned quickly after she moved, it hadn’t been deep cleaned for over 20 years. Madison, the owner, came and did a walk thru, and had her team on site the next day to clean. The team did a great job cleaning and the house looked great! She came to see us at our Academy and was very professional. I got my quote very fast. The other 2 companies never sent me a quote. I am super happy with my floors. They look amazing and so shiny. The next closest bid was over 20,000$ higher and we were skeptical but at the end of the project it would have been worth it to pay Alpine cleaners that additional money.
