We’re hiring a supervisor who leads by example and takes ownership of their crew and their accounts.
The Role
You’ll run our evening cleaning operations — managing a small team, maintaining quality across client facilities, and handling hands-on cleaning duties alongside your crew. This is a working supervisor role. You won’t be watching from the sidelines.
What You’ll Do
Lead the team. Assign tasks, set the standard, train new hires, and hold people accountable. Handle personnel issues professionally and keep the crew focused.
Clean alongside them. Sweep, mop, vacuum, disinfect, clean restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas. Operate and maintain equipment correctly.
Own quality. Inspect facilities before you leave. Catch problems before clients do. Address complaints fast and completely.
Keep things running. Track attendance, manage supply inventory, submit reports to the Operations Manager, and keep cleaning schedules accurate.
Stay safe and compliant. Enforce chemical handling protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company safety policies. Train your team — not just once, but consistently.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years commercial cleaning experience, including 6+ months in a supervisory capacity
- Strong communication — you can direct a team and talk to a client
- Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols
- Availability for evening/night shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent
